What a day!

Did not draw a thing today. I know, sad. But...met with Mr Gough about his book. We are gonna have a lot of fun with that one! The kids are gonna love it! My daughter and I drove down to get our BIGGER #9s! Oh yeah! I'll be debuting that at the Connecticon this weekend! Then we had lunch with my publisher, Mr Kanaras and the local Mayor. That was pretty cool. After that we drove back and saw Mr Kuster at the studio for 30 seconds, checked my emails (got an updated BLOOD RIDER script, yee haw!) and then helped out another artist scan her work until 8:30. I'm tired, didn't draw a bit, but still had a good day. Tomorrow will be a tough ketchup day.

I am spent! I worked on Gough's book a lot this weekend. I did the rough pencils for the entire book Saturday then started inking too. Didn't get too much done yesterday BUT today was productive. BTW BIGGER #9 is here and I'll be debuting it at the Connecticon this weekend!

Last week's gallery

Here are some photos from my Art Night at the Farmington Valley Arts Center. There is of some of my Pork N' Beans work, a photo of a handful of guests that came that night and character design headshots from a sci-fi book Free Lunch is coming out with.

Who's this guy?

One of the characters from Ed Gough's new comic book...

The Guilford Art Center

Had a great time teaching at the Guilford Art center today. Good bunch of people working there and some very well mannered kids. I was also able to connect with a fellow cartoonist that I'd seen a few times at conventions. A good day!

Here we go!

Whee! What a day! Started off coloring of of Norman's pictures then Steve and I sent BIGGER #9 off to print today and on top of that, I taught at the Ethel Walker School in Simsbury Ct. The Farmington Valley Arts Center has a summer camp there. This was my first time working for that side of the business. It was a lot of fun, I had a good bunch of kids.

This is my drawin' desk.

First Entry!

Well, today among other things, I penciled and inked the cover for the 10th issue of BIGGER. I know I said there will be other stuff here aside from BIGGER, but as it turns out, this is where we're starting. :^)

Oh yeah...I have a phrase that I kind of live by, "if I'm typing I'm not working". My entries will most likely be pretty short.

Welcome to the BIGGER BLOGGER!

This will be a place when you can see what kind of projects I'm working on and chart their progress. Of course it will be more than just my BIGGER comic. I plan on showing a lot here so stop on by and check back often.
