This is a piece that did not make it into the Bigger: Working Stiff series. It's not that I didn't like it, there just was no place for it. There's nothing saying that it won't show up in the current series.
The piece features Weez, Adrienne and Ms Teri. Kinda has a Charlie's Angels vibe.

Plainville had a great turnout and we sold a lot of different books and handed out a lot of flyers. A really good day. (Considering all the rain)
Today I'm gonna work on the Grant Bee BIGGER 10, and Beyond the Kuiper Belt's Black Roses (which is looking pretty damn good I must say!) We are going to launch Kuiper Belt at Space. It's a convention in Ohio. Kinda funny.
By the way, here's some AWESOME feedback from Hands On Art Day:
-The comic teacher (Matt) was the best thing here!
-I liked to draw cartoons. (Bridget)
-Matt – totally mesmerized his students while characters came to life on his whiteboard

OK...here's the preview art for BIGGER # 10. Still got more to go for the cover of 11 but this is what I needed to get done for now, so there you have it! It's pretty sad....(:^( Tough story to tell...this series of BIGGER will probably be the more important yet.

The Springfield Fal-Con will begin at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 21st and continue through the Falcons-Wolf Pack game that night. Approximately 25 different vendors (INCLUDING YOURS TRULY) will be exhibiting on the MassMutual concourse throughout the event, including New England Comics, the largest comic store chain in Massachusetts.
What a great experience! Steve and I were welcomed with open arms to this cozy meeting. I'd say over 15 people gathered together to speak on a future book that they were all collaborating on, a gallery that a decent percentage of them would be involved in, and to listen to Steve and I talk about Free Lunch's history, vision, and more. I was very impressed with their aggressive dedication to themselves, their vision and their talent. These guys meet every week! If you live in the Boston area, and you are a comic creator, you're missing out...you need to look these guys up. (Makes me kinda wish I lived up there) Check out their site at www.bostoncomicsroundtable.com

From the Creativity Workout last Thursday night. Roughs drawn in pencil...finishes in ball point pen.
The weekend was good...The wife and I actually were able to go on a date and we saw The Watchmen. I enjoyed it. We taught 2 classes at the Free Lunch Studios office. I taught one that focused on the body/gesture and Steven did a private one on lettering on the computer. Pretty cool stuff.
